Booking Policy: All reservations must be made no later than 21 days prior to departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, deposit and booking fee will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply. all applicable cancellation penalties will apply thereafter. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card or certified check PAYMENT & CANCELLATION Deposits paid by the pilgrim are non refundable.

A 100% cancellation fee is applicable and will be in accordance with package rules. Should an accredited pilgrim cancel the agreement, the deposit together with any other monies paid will be forfeited. In the event of non accreditation the pilgrim will be refunded in full. The operator reserves the right to proportionally increase the cost due to currency fluctuations or due to an increase of charges or an increase in airfare and or any other unforeseen circumstances. The agent’s rights are reserved. All prices are subject to Currency fluctuations. This contract will be regarded as breach in the event of non payment of the full package price. The pilgrim will be also be liable for any further / additional costs incurred by the operator to recover any outstanding amounts.

Notwithstanding any express or implied provisions hereof to the contrary, any indulgence, latitude or extension of time which may be allowed to the agent by the principal, or vice versa, in respect of any payment provided for herein, or in respect of any matter or thing which the agent or the principal, as the case may be, is bound to observe or perform in terms hereof shall not under any circumstances be deemed to be a waiver of such party's rights at any time, and the principal or the agent shall without notice, be entitled to require strict and punctual compliance with each and every provision or terms hereof.

Baraka Travel acts only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements for the Airlines,Hotel or any other services, related to travel and tours and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, or loss, accident delay or irregularity with may be occasioned by the principals ,or as direct or indirect results of acts of God, acts of Governments, or any other authorities de jure of de facto, wars, riots, quarantines, medical customs regulations or from any loss or damage from improper passports, visa, or documents. Deposits are non refundable. Refunds after written receipts on full payment will be subject to administration cost (100% cancellation fees applicable). In the event of death or sickness, please ensure that you have full insurance cover as no monies are refunded by hoteliers in the Kingdom and consequently there will be no refund from this company. Payments made by wire transfer must include an additional $30 wire transfer fee, There is a $35 fee for returned checksTo Secure Your Payment: To secure your payment you must initially notify the company with your request .Then the company representative will discuss & finalize with you the final arrangement & send you the details in the final confirmation. You must confirm these details and make the correct deposit/payment, as discussed in your details; to the company account by wire transfer or credit card (VisaTM or MasterCardTM Cards are accepted). Payment by Credit Card Requirements: If paying by credit card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the service agreed: · · A copy of your passport. · An authorization letter to Baraka Travel Inc. allowing the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit card with original signature (same one should appear in your credit card and passport). · These documents should be received by scan e-mail, or given to our representative upon your arrival at the airport; otherwise we won't be able to proceed with your request. A copy of both sides of your credit card with your own signature. Refund · · · · Refund request must be made in writing and received no later than 45 days after the return of the tour. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of $100 plus any hotel and/or supplier charges incurred.

Claims for unused services should be substantiated in writing by local representatives. Processing will take from six to eight weeks from the date Baraka Travel Increceives relevant documents. There will be no refunds for unused package tour services or features, including missed transfers due to airline changes and/or missed flights, unused meals, missed sightseeing tours, unused entrance fees, and accommodations. The Travel Agent and/or Tour Operator, Baraka Travel Inc, shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person engaged in conveying passengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith.

Baraka Travel Inc Inc shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations included in this brochure, where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. Baraka Travel Inc shall not be held responsible for accidents, damage, baggage losses and/or delays due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, criminal acts committed by third parties, loss due to theft, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, accidents involving animals, or to the fault or default of any company used for carrying out these tours.

Baraka Travel shall not assume responsibility for standards of quality, hygiene, political stability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, diseases or viruses contracted while traveling for any cause, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment, or medical services found in these destinations. Travel to these areas may entail risks including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in politically unstable areas, civil disturbances, war, and arbitrary changes mandated by government authorities or private concerns. All damage/loss must be reported at time of incident and documented in writing by local authorities and Airline Company for submission to the insurance company. Insurance Many of the problems for which we cannot be held responsible for can be insured against. We highly recommend that you take out insurance to provide adequate cover for medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage and curtailment or cancellation of trip. Please note that there are exclusions to coverage of insurance. It is Your responsibility to be familiar with the insurance coverage purchased and ensure that the coverage meets your travel needs.
