Booking Policy: All reservations must be made no later than 21 days prior to departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, deposit and booking fee will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply. all applicable cancellation penalties will apply thereafter. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card or certified check PAYMENT & CANCELLATION Deposits paid by the pilgrim are non refundable.

A 100% cancellation fee is applicable and will be in accordance with package rules. Should an accredited pilgrim cancel the agreement, the deposit together with any other monies paid will be forfeited. In the event of non accreditation the pilgrim will be refunded in full. The operator reserves the right to proportionally increase the cost due to currency fluctuations or due to an increase of charges or an increase in airfare and or any other unforeseen circumstances. The agent’s rights are reserved. All prices are subject to Currency fluctuations. This contract will be regarded as breach in the event of non payment of the full package price. The pilgrim will be also be liable for any further / additional costs incurred by the operator to recover any outstanding amounts.

Payments made by wire transfer must include an additional $30 wire transfer fee, There is a $35 fee for returned checksTo Secure Your Payment: To secure your payment you must initially notify the company with your request .Then the company representative will discuss & finalize with you the final arrangement & send you the details in the final confirmation. The Travel Agent and/or Tour Operator, Baraka Travel Inc, shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person engaged in conveying passengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith.

Baraka Travel Inc Inc shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations included in this brochure, where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. Baraka Travel Inc shall not be held responsible for accidents, damage, baggage losses and/or delays due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, criminal acts committed by third parties, loss due to theft, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, accidents involving animals, or to the fault or default of any company used for carrying out these tours.

Baraka Travel shall not assume responsibility for standards of quality, hygiene, political stability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, diseases or viruses contracted while traveling for any cause, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment, or medical services found in these destinations. Travel to these areas may entail risks including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in politically unstable areas, civil disturbances, war, and arbitrary changes mandated by government authorities or private concerns.
